Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD)

The Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD) is an association composed primarily of professional organizers, productivity specialists, and other service providers who recognize and wish to alleviate chronic disorganization in their clients. ICD provides education to facilitate a better understanding of what causes CD, such as hoarding disorder, and what techniques and strategies are most effective when working with a client. National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO)

NAPO was founded by a small group of professional women in Los Angeles in the 1980s. The group became a destination for those who wanted to become POs and launch new careers. NAPO has since become nationally recognized as a leading organization for productivity and organizing professionals. The association has the authority to bestow the Certified Professional Organizer (CPO) credential to qualified members. National Association of Specialty and Senior Move Managers (NASMM)

NASMM is the leading association of Specialty and Senior Move Managers in the United States, Canada, and abroad. NASMM offers continued education opportunities to its members through its A+ accreditation and training program. JALO, based in Japan, has been training organizing professionals since 2008. The organization provides and extensive list of courses to its members and trains them to be Life Organizers®. Nederlandse Beroepsvereniging van Professional Organizers (NBPO)

NBPO, based in The Netherlands, was founded in 1997. Its mission is to gather and share knowledge among its members. Members are offered regular training opportunities and occasions to work together.
