She served on the ICD® board of directors in the roles of president, past president, and certification director. Sheila founded Free Domain Concepts, LLC in 1994. She has received the NAPO Founder’s Award, the Service to NAPO Award, and the Judith Kolberg Highlighter Award through ICD®. She has been the keynote speaker at two Japan Association of Life Organizers (JALO) Conferences and was the first in the world to offer training and certification in Virtual Professional Organizing.
